How to join us?

To come: Motorway A75, exit n°49 “Le Caylar”

Coming from Lodève - Montpellier - Béziers: Exit n°49 "Le Caylar", at the first roundabout, go straight, direction "Le Village", at the second roundabout, go straight, at the crossroads, go left direction “La Couvertoirade”, we are 500 meters on your right.

Coming from Millau: Exit n°49 "Le Caylar", at the first roundabout, turn left, at the second roundabout, turn left towards "Le Village", at the third roundabout, go straight, at the crossing, turn left towards "La Couvertoirade", we are 500 meters on your right.

Coming from the Village: Straight on towards “La Couvertoirade”, at the crossroads, continue straight on, we are 500 meters on your right.

The GR 71

The GR 71 is a Great Hike called "Tour du Larzac Templier - Hospitalier". This hike, to be done on foot or by bike, immerses you in the history of the crusades and the Grands Causses Regional Natural Park.

This route connects Espérou in the Gard to the Col de Fontfroide in the Hérault, for a total distance of 164 kilometres. During your hike, on foot or by bike, the altitude will vary between 156 meters and 1,367 meters.

The GR 71 runs along our 3-star campsite with swimming pool in Caylar. Make a restful and invigorating stopover at Camping des Templiers during your expedition on this famous course.
